 HELPFUL HINTS:

  • Have a SAFE location in your yard picked out for your inflatable
  • Please have a clear and safe path to setup area during delivery and pickup
  • If you are planning on mowing your yard, please mow yard a few days before scheduled event.  This is to keep grass off of children and inflatable. Also, please be considerate and cleanup any pet feces that is or around setup area.
  • PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN AND PETS AWAY FROM SETUP AREA DURING SETUP AND PICKUP
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE OUTSIDE OUTLET IS WORKING BEFORE WE ARRIVE !!
  • We start deliveries early, so please be prepared for early morning calls. Please be sure to answer text/calls. We do not deliver without response, unless your items have been paid for in advance.
  • Have payment ready early on delivery day, we start deliveries at 7am.  If paying with Credit/Debit card please pay day before event.  There is a 3% processing fee if using card.  (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted) 

Top 5 Most Frequently Asked Questions: 

1) Q. When do we pay ?                                                                                                    

 A.  If paying with cash or business check, pay when your items are delivered..  If paying with debit/credit card, call office day before your event to make payment (there will be a 3% processing fee if using card).  


2) Q. Is there a deposit required?    

A. We do not require deposits for bounce house rentals.  For Tent Rentals, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit when tent is reserved. .  If you cancel your tent rental, you will loose your deposit. 

Game Truck requires a $150.00 non-refundable deposit when reserved.  If you cancel Game Truck Rental, you will loose deposit.


 3) Q.  How many children can fit in a Bounce House?    

  A. 13 x 13 bounce house 8 Children.    15 x 15 Bounce House 10 children.    Combos 8 children.     Slides wet or dry 1 child at a time down the slide.. 


4) Q. What if there is  a chance of rain?                                      

A. We will leave it up to the customer if rain chance is below 70%..  If you still want rental equipment delivered, you must pay with credit/debit card over the phone before we deliver.  Once you pay and rental equipment is delivered there is no refund regardless of how long it was in use.  We do reserve the right to cancel your rental if there is a 70% chance of rain.  

We also reserve the right to cancel your rental if wind gusts are above 25 mph.

In the event of rain it is unpredictable when we will deliver.  We will call first.


5) Q. Is price listed for all day rental or hourly?

A. Price is for all day rentals.  We deliver between 7am-12noon and pick up between 3pm-6pm, depending on where you are located.



Q. How do I pay for my rental items?

A. You can pay cash when we deliver, on most items.  If paying with card please call the office day before your event 615-438-0195.  We do not accept personal checks !!

 

Q.  How many hours is the rental for ?   

A. Bounce house rentals are usually all day .. we deliver early mornings from 7am to 12 noon and pick up 3pm to 6pm. If you need a specific delivery time it may cost an additional fee, please let us know.  Delivery times are set by GOOGLE MAPS and it changes course every time an order is added or canceled.  It starts with whomever is the furthest away.  Tent setups are Thursday or Friday.  Tent pickup is Sunday or Monday.   

(Please have payment ready and a spot for bounce house picked out upon arrival. We are only allowed a certain amount of time per location.)        

  • All (inflatable) OUTDOOR events in MOST of Rutherford County must be end by:

    Q. What if it rains after I receive my items?                                     

    A. We do not give refunds because you can cancel before delivery at no charge.  
       We reserve the right to cancel your event if wind gusts are above 25 mph.
     

     

    Q. Do you accept checks?                                                                 

    A. NO PERSONAL CHECKS..... only checks from churches and businesses that do not have a debit/credit card.  

     

    Q. Do you give multiple discounts?                                                                                                    

    A. No.... we cannot give discounts due to our already low prices.  

     

     

    Q. How do I get a quote?

    A. If you need a quote, our automated system will give you an accurate quote.  If your city is not listed, we will email the delivery fee.

     

     

    Q. How far are you willing to deliver? 

     A.We service Rutherford County and some surrounding areas for bounce houses. Free delivery to most of Rutherford County (Delivery to surrounding areas depend on day of week and amount of rental order)  All of Middle TN for Tents

     

                                                                                                                        

    Q. Where are you located?                                                                             

    A. Near the Smyrna Nissan plant.. on the Smyrna Tn / Murfreesboro TN 37129 line   

     

     

    Q.  Can I pick up my Items?    

    A.    We must deliver, setup, and pickup all items.   


    Q.  Will I receive my rental items 1 day before my event?      

    A.   If you are located in Rutherford County and someone is available, your chances are greater to receive rental items one day before your event. 

    • If the equipment is not rented the day before
    • If there is not inclement weather on either day.
    • The more flexible your schedule the day before, the better your chances.

    Q. What kind of surface does the train need to operate?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         A. The Train needs concrete or asphalt  when it is loaded          

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

    Q. Do you set up the Equipment ?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

    A. Yes ..  We set up all Equipment and supply extension cords.  Just have a SAFE spot picked out before we get there.   Also, if your yard is not suitable for setup (ex: high grass or pet feces) we will not be able to setup equipment.  If we have to wait for yard to become suitable, there is a charge of $1.00 per min.  If we have to leave and come back for setup there will be a $25.00 charge.



    Q. What kind of power is required?

    A. 20 amp outlet (regular household outlet) or generator if more than 50 ft away from an outlet.

     

        

    Q. Do I have to leave the blower on the whole time of rental?              

    A.  No, The blower only needs to be on when inflatable is in use.  

                          

     Q. What do the live characters/actor do?                                                                                                                                                  .                                                                                                                                                                                          A. Characters can do any or all  of the following that you choose..  can act out the Happy birthday song, can dance to requested music, gives hugs, and dances with the children.  Also poses for pictures with each child, time permitting.    

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

    Q. What are the rules when using bouncers or water slides?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   A. No shoes,  No Food or drink,  No Gum.    Absolutely No Silly string,  No sharp objects,  No rough play,   No hanging from nets.  Each unit has rules posted near the entrance.                                                                             

     

                                                                                                                                                                                                              

    Q. Are there any cleaning fees?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              A. There will be a $50.00 fee for each stain caused by silly string.  We will contact you Immediately if there is a problem. 


    Q. What video games do you have for the Game Truck?

    A. We will email a list of games. When we arrive we will have games, that you have chosen, loaded and ready.  So there will be no waiting for games to be loaded.   

     

     

    Q. When do you set up and pick up tents?

     

    A. We can set up your tent on a weekday and pick up on Sunday (weather permitting).  All tent rentals are overnight rentals or multiple day rentals. It is the same price either way. (Normal tent setup is on a weekday.  Normal tent pickup is at our convenience Sunday, depending on the weather..  If you need a tent setup or picked up on Friday after 3pm on through the WEEKEND there will be $100.00 additional for 20x20, 20x30, 30x30 size tents.  $200.00 additional for sizes 30x60)  Our tent setups are generally on grass.  Please let us know if tent will be on concrete or asphalt.  Just call or text 615-438-0195


    Q. Is tipping required?

    A. Tipping is NOT required, but it is accepted.  If delivery and pickup have done a good job and you want to tip them, please tip when we pickup rental items.

     

     

    Q. Are you insured?

    A. Yes, we are insured with a $1,000,000 / $2,000,000 insurance policy.

     


    Q. Who do I call in the event of an emergency or problem with the equipment?

    A. In the event of an emergency or problems with your rental equipment.  Please contact us immediately                        @ 615-438-0195. If no answer call delivery 615-957-0436.  It is up to the renter to contact us if there is a problem.  If you fail to contact us we are not responsible for any refunds.

    PLEASE KEEP ALL CHILDREN, ADULTS, AND PETS AWAY FROM EQUIPMENT AND EMPLOYEES DURING SETUP AND PICKUP OF EQUIPMENT.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY TO ANY CHILDREN, ADULTS, OR PETS CAUSED BY OUR EMPLOYEE

     



    TERMS OF LEASE
    In addition to the terms below, and the operation guidelines on each rented item, the Lessee (customer) agrees to supervise the operation of any rented item and further agrees that if the item is damaged that he/she will reimburse Boro Bounce and Party Rentals
     for the full price to fix the damage and/or the full replacement value of the rented item.  Before signing this contract, Lessee agrees that he/she has read the entire contract, has agreed to all terms and conditions herein, and has had all questions he/she may have answered to the Lessee’s full satisfaction and understanding.

    Delivery/Operation/Payments:  To address specified by Lessee. Lessee grants Boro Bounce
     and its employees/contractors, the right to enter said property for the delivery and return of the rented equipment at approximate times. All payments must be made at time of delivery.  No refunds will be made after the equipment has been delivered. For jumpers, the lessee agrees to provide one electrical outlet rated at 115 volts with 20 amperes capacity per motor unit within 50 feet of each unit. No electrical cords are to be used. If the blower stops or the air pressure is low, remove all users immediately, and then check on the problem.  Air tubes in the rear of the unit should be tied securely to the blower or tied off to prevent air from escaping.  The electrical cord should be plugged into an outlet and be the only thing operating on that electrical circuit.  Circuit breakers should also be checked.  Customer is subject to an additional charge of $20.00 for all service calls due to electricity.

    General Rules for Safe Operation:   Units must be operated over a smooth, compatible surface such as grass or hard top surface. The unit may NOT be operated on rough surfaces such as rocks, brick, glass, or any jagged objects. Unit cannot be moved by lessee after placed by
    Boro Bounce employees/contractors.  Unit MUST BE properly anchored prior to use. Unit will be anchored initially by Boro Bounce employees/contractors and the anchors MUST NOT be removed during period of use. Never attempt to relocate, adjust or service a blower. Never use during high winds, gusty winds, thunderstorms or lightening.  The unit can turn over in high winds, even if anchored, and this could result in severe injuries to the users.  Do not resume use until adverse weather conditions have ceased. Always follow the manufacturers guidelines located on the unit itself. 

    Additional Safety Rules:   Before entering the unit, have the users remove their shoes, eye glasses, belt buckles and any sharp objects.  Never play, jump, or enter a partially inflated/deflated unit. Never allow the users to climb or play on the outside or inside walls of the unit, columns, netting, or roof of unit.  Always follow the number of riders and rules posted on the unit itself.  Do not plug or unplug the motor repeatedly as this will cause the unit to burn up and you will be responsible for any resulting damage.  Always have an adult present, who has reviewed and understands both this contract and the rules posted on the unit itself, who can supervise the riders. Never allow the users to be unsupervised in or around the unit. Never allow more users than the maximum number of users per age group as described within this lease and on the unit itself.  Never place a hose or water on or into the unit unless authorized by Boro Bounce
    . Do not allow horseplay on, in, or around the unit.  Always follow the directions for use on the unit itself.    
    Only children of the same age group are to play on the unit at the same time. 

     


    Additional Terms of Lease:   Boro Bounce is not responsible for bad weather, disruption of electrical service, and/or unfavorable conditions that may arise and no charges or fees will be reimbursed as a result. ABSOLUTELY NO silly string or similar items, such as, but not limited to, food, drinks, confetti, foam or trash, in or around the unit at any time !!!  Silly string and like objects will cause permanent damage to the unit and lessee will be responsible for the full replacement value of the rented unit and/or assessed a $75.00 cleaning fee if the unit is determined not to be permanently damaged. Lessee agrees not to operate the unit(s) in a manner contrary to this contract and the rules of use on each unit. If lessee operates the unit (s) in a manner contrary to the contract and rules of use on each unit, and the unit is damaged, Lessee agrees to pay the cost or repair or full replacement value of any damaged equipment or unit. 
    Lessee agrees that the equipment leased is for Lessee’s own use and said equipment is not be loaned, sub-let, mortgaged or in any other manner disposed of by Lessee. Lessee further agrees to be liable for any loss of said equipment by reason of fire, theft, or any other cause.

    Hold Harmless Provisions:   Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold
    Boro Bounce harmless from any and all claim, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, fees, damages, and liabilities, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of the leased equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the equipment.  Lessee hereby releases and holds harmless Boro Bounce from injuries or damages incurred as a result of the use of the leased equipment. Boro Bounce cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for injuries as a result of inappropriate use, God, nature, or other conditions beyond its control or knowledge. Lessee also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Boro Bounce from any loss, damage, theft or destruction of the equipment during the term of the lease and any extensions thereof. 

    Disclaimer of Warranties: 
    Boro Bounce makes no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, as to the condition of or performance of any leased equipment and Lessee agrees to immediately cease use of the equipment and contact Boro Bounce if any of the lease equipment develops any indication defect or improper working conditions.  Lessee agrees to use the equipment at Lessees own risk.

    Breach/Indemnity/Arbitration:  In the event that Lessee breaches any of the terms of this lease, that Lessee will pay for all consequential damages and further indemnify
    Boro Bounce for all costs incurred by :Boro Bounce incurred in enforcing the terms of the lease or in defending any claim or lawsuit arising out of the operation of said equipment, including the amount of any judgment, attorney’s fees and costs.  If Boro Bounce determines, within its own discretion, that Lessee has failed, in any way, to observe or comply with the conditions of this lease, Boro Bounce may exercise any of the following remedies:  termination of this agreement; reenter property and retake the equipment; declare any outstanding rent and charges immediately due and payable and initiate whatever legal proceedings necessary to recover said equipment or monies; and/or pursue any additional remedies available it by law.  If a conflict arises, Boro Bounce and Lessee will abide by the Tennesee]state laws and forgo filing a lawsuit to solve the dispute. 

     





    Please note that in the event of an emergency or problems with equipment, it is up to the Lessee to contract The Lessor, (Boro Bounce and Party Rentals) at office (615-438-0195)  or  (delivery) 615-957-0436 immediately in order to expedite the problem. If Lessee fails to contact us, the Lessor is not responsible for any refunds. 




     

    Operator Safety Acknowledgement Form 


    - PLEASE KEEP ALL CHILDREN, ADULTS, AND PETS AWAY FROM EQUIPMENT AND EMPLOYEES DURING SETUP AND PICKUP OF EQUIPMENT.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY TO ANY CHILDREN, ADULTS, OR PETS CAUSED BY OUR EMPLOYEE

    - I understand that I am responsible for the equipment, the entire time it is in my possession. 

    - I understand that while children are in the inflatable equipment, a responsible adult must be supervising at all times. 

    - I will ensure that all riders remove their shoes and any sharp objects before entering the inflatable. Sharp objects include eyeglasses, watches, toys, jewelry, and any item that could scratch the unit or another rider. 

    - I understand that food, candy and drinks are not allowed inside the inflatable, including gum. 

    - I understand that no kind of silly string is to be used near the inflatable because it can severely damage the vinyl. 

    - Unless the inflatable is specifically designed to be a water ride, the inflatable should not get wet. (with the exception of rain)

    - I will not allow riders to do flips, climb the netting or roof areas, or roughhouse in the inflatable. I will remove riders who do not follow directions to ensure the safety of all riders. 

    - I will not allow riders to sit or play on the safety step. 

    - I understand that riders should be sorted by size to prevent injuries. Only children of approximately the same size should be in the inflatable at any time. 

    - I agree not to exceed the recommended number of riders (6-10) or weight limit (500-1000lbs). 

    - Safety and evacuation procedures in case of unit deflation have been reviewed with me. 

    - In the event of high winds or inclement weather deflate the inflatable. 

    - I am aware of how the weather can affect the inflatable and I have reviewed the procedures and understand what to do in the event of bad weather (rain or wind). 

    - I understand that riders must slide in a sitting position, feet first. Jumping and flipping from the top of the slide is not permitted and can cause injuries. 

    Safety Procedures: 

    - Please ensure that no persons are on, or in the inflatable while inflating or deflating, and never remove the plug without first checking. Prevent people hanging off the arches or sides while the unit is inflating, this is not safe and can cause injury, as well as damaging the unit. 

    - Under no circumstances must the equipment be interfered with or moved. 

    - In the event of high winds or inclement weather deflate the inflatable. 

    - No pets are permitted to use the inflatable. 

    - No children are ever permitted to climb on the walls of an inflatable. 

    Rental Conditions: 

    - Any malicious damage or loss of the unit is the hirer’s responsibility.

    - Please note that all persons using the inflatable do so at their own risk. 

    - Boro Bounce and Party Rentals cannot and does not accept responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment. 

    - The hirer signs this contract for and on behalf of all persons who come into Contact with the unit while the unit is in their care.
